Responsibilities
As a Planning Manager, your duties will be:
•Collaborating with stakeholders to assist with the invoices payment process (incl. Paper invoices, Software, Beeline, COUPA, etc.), furlough, etc.
•Running the monthly reporting of Project Reports. Works closely with PMs/PMAs/Contractor Owners to review and correct outstanding items as part of the monthly cycle.
•Maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with all stakeholders, and assist the Senior Planning Manager in managing stakeholder relationships.
•Facilitating small meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
•Assisting in driving continuous process improvement in collaboration with other team leads.
•Developing knowledge and become a valuable team resource.
•Participating in ad-hoc requests.
•Identifying potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
•Analyzing, mitigating and escalating where appropriate.
Qualifications
•Experience working with Planview, MIS, and SharePoint
•High degree of accuracy, attention to detail; ability to learn quickly and problem solve.
•Strong MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
•Show strong initiatives to drive forward discussions and objectives
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively from different functional perspectives and with both peers and senior levels
•Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities
Nice-to-have:
•Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant working experience with minimum 2 years working experience in financial industry
•Working experience with finance industry
