Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Month-End Process: Assist in month-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Accounting Operations: Perform various accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable processing, general ledger maintenance, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
Capex & Fixed Asset Management: Support the evaluation and tracking of capital expenditure projects. Maintain records of fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and asset additions/disposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Budgeting and Cash Flow Projections: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Prepare cash flow projections and financial models to support decision-making processes. Monitor budget performance and variance analysis.
Qualifications
5 + years of experience in accounting ( including 3 as an accountant )
CPA or Bachelor's degree in accounting with 7 years of experience.
Very Strong Excel skills
Bilingual ( with very strong English)
Experience in dealing with a Tier 2 level ERP or better ( Dynamics, JDE, SAP, Oracle, hyperion)
