Health and Safety Policy Statement
Randstad Canada is committed to making every effort to provide a healthy and safe work environment for all its employees, both internal and external, as well as its contractors, suppliers, visitors and customers. All management and employees of Randstad must be dedicated to the continuous objective of reducing the risk of workplace injuries/illness.
Through education, training, competent supervision, adequate protective equipment and best practices in occupational health and safety; Randstad Canada’s executive management team will take every reasonable precaution necessary to guarantee the protection of all employees while ensuring that we have met all legislated health and safety requirements in each region where Randstad Canada operates.
Creating a safe work environment is a shared responsibility that can only be obtained through a joint effort by all Randstad Canada employees. Your cooperation in preventing occupational injuries/illness and promoting prevention will contribute to the objectives and success of the organization.
Every employee must protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the employer. Employees must report all unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries and near misses to their direct report.
It is in the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety in their daily activities. Commitment to health and safety must form an integral part of this organization, from the presidents to the employees.
The executive management team and employees of Randstad Canada will annually review its Health and Safety Policy to ensure it is upholding all legislative requirements.
