initial interview

If you are asked to come in for an interview, your Randstad consultant will discuss the following topics with you:

• Your work experience
• Your education
• Your likes and dislikes
• Your strengths
• Your talents
• The kind of boss you are looking for
• The work environment, schedule and conditions you would prefer
• The geographic location where you would like to work

Your consultant will then ask you to complete some tests related to your work sector. These tests are a way for us to assess your competency in areas such as languages, computer skills and typing.

All this information will be put into your employment file so that we can match you with job opportunities that are a good fit for you specifically.
