Responsibilities
- Supports Transmission Program Managers, managing construction contracts including aspects of tender preparation, evaluation, delegation of company Rep duties, and close out.
- Acts as main contact for the program team and liaises with procurement and suppliers to ensure contract effectiveness and best value to the rate payer.
- Ensures controls are in place and applied across all Transmission Line Contracts.
- Ensures effective relationships to optimize contract performance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction contracts, infrastructure and utilities
- A minimum twelve (12) years of contract management work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent
- Certificate in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent, an asset
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
