Responsibilities
•Being responsible for the migration of Accountant clients onto Quick books.
•Troubleshooting complex issues impacting the migration and customer experience.
•Working to resolve all escalated technical issues and verify customer satisfaction with the resolution.
•Running experiments and projects that provide insights and learnings on customers' behavior to continuously improve customer experience E2E.
Qualifications
•Bilingual is required.
•Minimum 3years of experience in Accounting, QuickBooks Online, Problem Solving, Task Oriented, Customer Facing,
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Payroll Experience - Someone who is educated in Payroll (certification a plus) and has experience working in various Payroll systems (QB Desktop/QBO Payroll would be a huge plus).
•Accounting / Bookkeeping - Payroll certification preferred
•Canadian work experience is a requirement
