Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact for clients
- Providing shipment information and status upon request
- Coordinating Customs entries adjustments based on customer request
- Updating customer profile notes for the raters to properly rate entries
- Suggesting and coordinating improvements on processes between Delmar and customer
- Actively listening to clients to better understand their needs, address any issues or concerns
Qualifications
- Experience in customs brokerage industry
- Knowledge of customs import regulations and processes as well as H.S. tariff classification is an asset
- College degree or equivalent is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
