Responsibilities

-Prepare personal income tax returns for Canadian and US clients
-Manage tax return deadlines and oversee client information collection
-Assist the Client Experience Team with client inquiries and status updates
-Provide support and instructions to administrative and professional staff, as needed
-Collaborate cross-functionally to improve our product offerings
-Maintain an in-depth understanding of Canadian and US tax laws and regulations
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in personal tax preparation
Familiar with Canadian T1 and US 1040; experience with T3 or 1041 is an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational and team-player skills
Comfortable with technology; obtaining or holding a PTIN and ARC RepID is preferred
