Responsibilities
- Build relationship with all department managers, understand their business, identify their staffing needs, develop recruitment plans, and provide solutions to recruit the best talents.
- Manage a team of recruitment specialists and set them up for success by providing continuous support.
- Promote diverse recruitment practices.
- Develop, maintain and evaluate various internal and external recruiting channels.
- Provide guidance and training to the hiring managers for the process, interview skills, recruiting systems, etc.
- Create regular reports regarding hiring status, hiring analysis, etc.
- Advise senior leaders on talent strategies, and lead critical recruitment projects and assignments.
- Stay updated with new industry trends and best practices
- Develop critical programs for hard to fill positions.
- Align the recruitment activities with employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in leading talent attraction strategy and execution
- Minimum 5+ years experience in leading high volume of recruiters/ RPO suppliers
- Experience working in high volume and fast paced hiring environment
- Knowledge in developing KPIs within talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of general HR areas and managing full life cycle recruitment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
