Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor changes to processes effectively.

Qualifications
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Fully designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.
Five or more years of progressive financial analysis experience in a capital-intensive environment.
Experience in regulated businesses or the energy sector preferred.
Knowledge of accounting standards/policies under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), particularly related to capitalization and derecognition.
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial users effectively.
Working experience with complex ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools, specifically SAP financial systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently recommend solutions.
Demonstrated project planning, documentation, and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to interpret operational reporting and statistics for decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
