A client in the in the technology industry is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you would be responsible for addressing all incoming customer calls for service and support. You would determine customer needs, and route calls to appropriate level of technical support.
**The shift for this position does require ability to work weekend shifts**

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- FULLY bilingual, French and English
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
