Position description:
Manufacturing of various thread compounds according to their specific formulations. Labelling and filling finished product containers. Forklift operation. Maintaining an organized, tidy, and reasonably clean manufacturing area/shop. Also responsible for regular inspections of manufacturing tools and equipment.

Skills and experience:
The successful candidate shall have excellent time management skills, superior attention to detail, the ability to work alone, with little supervision and with others.
He or she will also be highly organized and able to work well under pressure as getting manufactured product out on time can be crucial. Ability to effectively communicate with delivery personnel and co-workers. Basic math skills and ability to convert weights and volumes. Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Education and qualifications:
High school diploma. The employee needs to be physically fit and will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. Previous manufacturing and/or construction experience and forklift training are considered assets but not necessary as training will be provided.

- salaried position
- $17.00/hr ($35,360.00/yr) to start, $19.00/hr ($39,520.00/yr) after probationary period
- 8 hour work day (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
- Must pass an alcohol & drug test prior to commencing employment
