| description: | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
One of our major clients is looking to add to their team a group of 9 Experienced CSR's to work with them for a duration of 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure call centre inbound calls are answered, receivables collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.
Collection of accounts by telephone, follow up collection activity, liaising with customers and other departments to solve problems.
Handling of all inbound collection related calls and other duties as assigned |

Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
Must be able to pass a Criminal Check

| qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS:
Min. 2 yrs of Experience.
External customer service experience required;
Call center experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Strong organizational skills
