|description:||Randstad Staffing is currently accepting applications to fill a 2- 3 month contract Accounts Payable Clerk position in lovely Victoria BC. This is fulltime, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm stating in Febuary 3rd, 2014|
Some of the basic duties are:
- Processes invoices
- Verifies financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Clarifies any questionable invoice items, prices
- Receives signatures
- Verifies all coding, reviews invoices for payment approval
- Assigns voucher numbers
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in QuickBooks, data entry and management
- Knowledge of accounts payable
