|description:||A small Contracting company in West Toronto is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the Office Manager as well as the Owner. In this role you will be responsible to manage all Administrative tasks within the office including:|
-Assisting in preparation of various Excel and Microsoft Word documents for clients
-Answering the phones and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
-Co-ordinating requests for repair services and equipment
-Handling escalated complaints from external customers
-Other office support including filing, collating, creating reports, cleaning up around the office, etc.
We are looking for a strong Office Administrator who is looking for a challenging role in an environment where you are not a number and are contributing to the daily success of the company.

|qualifications:||The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:|
Minimum of 2 years Administrative Support experience in a Manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
