College/University level education in business administration, finance, commerce or a similar field Accounting or Finance
5-6+ years of progressively responsible related experience in a medium size company
Advanced excel skills
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Extreme attention to detail
Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
An unrelenting focus on getting the tasks done accurately and on-time
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
Knowledge of Yardi Software with commercial and construction job costing experience
