description:Our client is looking to hire for a permanent Bilingual Credit and Accounts Receivable Administrator. The candidate must be fully bilingual in both French and English.

The employee would be responsible for reviewing and investigating all new customer applications, all customer upgrade requests and all credit line increases, maintain cusotmer accounts on the system, and various control logs, forecast and monitor on-going customer debt or other write-offs.
Review all active accounts for past due amounts including interest charges.
Work with sales reps to initiate collection actions for past due accounts.

Competitive wage = $48,000 - $50,000/year

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
qualifications:The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication in both English and French
3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit/Collections environment
Completed Credit Institute of Canada Certification
Knowledge of financial statements
Positive, friendly attitude and good rapport with customers/clients
