If you have 2+ years of Administrative Support experience we want to hear from you!

Randstad Downtown are hiring for the following types of admin professionals:

Data Entry (type 60+WPM)
Order Coordinators
CSR - in an office environment
AP/AR Clerks
Executive Assistants
Administrative Assistant
Office Assistant with Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
File Clerks
Project Assistants
Office Coordinators - Intermediate (3-5 years) and Senior Level (5+ years)
Sale Administration
Order Coordination

Hiring for full time and temporary assignments

We ask that you bring your updated Resume as well as two professional work references from an Administrative position you previously held. Please ensure your references are people who you have reported to.

Our open house will be allowing candidates to drop in on a first come first serve basis. You will have the chance to meet with a Staffing Consultant to discuss your current career search, what your particular preferences are and to let you know of any current opportunities we feel you would be a great fit for!


you must have the following:

-minimum 1 year experience in admin roles in an office environment
-must register online in advance at randstad.ca
-provide 2-3 work related references at the time of the open house
-Have an updated copy of resume

Preference given to candidates who have completed secondary education
