description:A prestigious company in Stoney Creek is looking for an Office/Invoicing Clerk to join their team.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Working with Simply Accounting: invoicing, entering accounts payable, entering purchase journals
- Working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Liaison with Drivers and Office Staff
- Accurate data entry
- Ordering supplies
- Billing
- Answering phones, filing, scanning and maintaining electronic filing system.
- General office duties

qualifications:Who are we looking for?
- 3-5 years experience with Simply Accounting
- Experience working in a construction/manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail is non-negotiable
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills is a must
- Experience working with eManifest Portal, ACE Manifest Portal and any EDI programs will be considered an asset
