Our west end client is currently looking for several overnight, detail orientated machinist capable of doing quality production work with manual and CNC horizontal milling and turret machines for a 1 year contract.
Job details include:
-set up and operation of manual and CNC machines (specifically horizontal milling and turret machines)
-ensure quality of all products produced
-making adjustments to machines as needed to ensure proper specifications are met

| qualifications: | -minimum of 6 months year of experience in manual and CNC machine operation and set up
-education background in manufacturing technician, mechanical technician, machining or similar program (recent graduates an asset)
-Eye for detail and quality workmanship
-Able to commit to at least a 1 year contract.
-Specific experience in milling machines (veritical or horizontal) an asset
-Available immediately
-Able to provide 2 supervisory references
