Responsibilities:

Sales:
- Develop and grow strong business partnerships.
- Identify and gain prospective business in the West Island market.
- Visit clients and prospects to gain a clearer understanding of their staffing needs.

Service:
- Analyze and evaluate job orders and candidate profiles to determine the best match.
- Coordinate and book interviews with employers and candidates.
- Follow-up and ensure that both employers and employees are satisfied with positions.
- Negotiate job offers: salaries, work conditions…

Recruitment:
- Write job postings
- Analyse c.v.s
- Perform behavioural interviews
- Evaluate best fit for applicants
