Key responsibilities include:
•Set-up production equipment by completing equipment change-overs. Monitor packaging line performance and make adjustments or repairs to maintain effective and efficient operations, minimizing line downtime.
•Troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and making repairs.
•Installing modifications; making adjustments; and recommending improvements
•Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
•Ability to analyze and perform emergency repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment
•Must be able to read schematics, specifications, and blueprints.
•Able to use hand and power tools, gauging devices, and both electrical and electronic test equipment

|qualifications:||What is required of you?|
•Licensed Millwright certificate required
•Minimum two years of experience, preferably in a food production facility
•Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of preventive maintenance, software, PLCs and PC technology and computer controlled packaging equipment.
•Ability to analyze equipment malfunctions and select an appropriate course of action.
•Knowledge and understanding of GMP requirements.
