|qualifications:||- Bilingual, English/French|
- Professional communication style, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (Customer service, help desk, billing clerk, insurance industry)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (credit-debit).
- Reliable and punctual
- Abitlity to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
