Located in the West Island of Montreal, our client, a well-established publishing firm is actively searching for experienced account managers to join their dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in business development, inside sales and customer service. They are looking for individuals with proven track record in sales and the ability to initiate and grow business relationships on all organizational levels. Dealing primarily with US based markets and clients, they require candidates with excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Main responsibilities:
• Account follow up, prospecting (cold calls), business development
• Market research, client development and up sell/cross sell of services and product with existing clients
• Quote follow up, project management, order management
• Business development, client development and market growth of mid to large size accounts

qualifications:Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of Business Development and Sales experience
• Proven ability in prospecting and out bound calling; great phone etiquette
• Advanced analytical skills combined with creative thought and passion
• Ability to formulate strategic plans, follow strict sales processes and work in a highly structured environment
• Proficient in MS Office and able to maintain active database using in house CRM software
• Advanced communication skills - Impeccable English, both written and spoken
