- Bachelor Degree and/or College Diploma in Human Resources, CHRP designation is an asset
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal communications)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Solution focused and excellent ability to prioritize tasks
- Solid understanding of how HR can impact the overall business
- Ability to build relationships and develop trust with employees and managers
- Collaborative team player and sense of ownership
- An energetic, enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and willing to learn
