Are you an experienced Residential High-Rise Construction Project Manager currently working for a Developer or General Contractor in North America that you is not capitalizing on your full potential?

The condominium boom in Toronto is still going strong with the true leaders in the industry backlogged with projects for the next 5 years ++. My client is one of Canada’s top general contractors nationwide and has developed a continued reputation of strength and integrity.

With a lot of new and exciting residential high-rise projects on the go, my client is looking to strengthen their team with construction projects managers that have specifically high-rise condominium construction exposure and want to join a truly professional team long-term. With both intermediate and senior positions available NOW, this opportunity will not last and the framework for this team is already laid-out. SALARY RANGE: COMPETITIVE, COMPREHENSIVE COMPENSATION.

QUALIFICATIONS: 8 + YEARS HIGH-RISE CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION/ PROJECT EXPERIENCE.

EDUCATION: POST SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION IN ANY CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING FIELD AN ASSET.
