SENIOR ESTIMATOR NEEDED!

Lump Sum Tender Experience in the range of 50 Million is Required
Your primary focus is to provide estimating and procurement services from the budgeting and estimating stage through to the contract and planning stage.
Excellent analytical skills demonstrated and at least 5 years' progressive experience in the general contracting industry will allow you to develop strategies and create our competitive edge. Your collaborative approach to delivering solutions results with strong relationships and a broad network of professional colleagues, subcontractors and team members.
Having achieved a degree in Engineering, the combination of your technical and interpersonal skills will be rewarded in an environment that provides challenging assignments, supports personal and professional development, and delivers competitive compensation.
Project List should include:
· Schools
· Hospitals
· Water treatment facilities
· Commercial facilities
· Warehouses
· Industrial
Responsibilities:
-Budgeting/scheduling
-Good relationships with local sub-trades
-Computerized estimating systems, spreadsheet design and formulas
-Understands trade scope of work/jurisdiction
-The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
-Understanding of Drawings and Technical Specifications
-Quantity Take-Offs (including experience with computerized/on-screen products)
-Labour Costing & Productivities
-Understanding of Trade Scope Definitions and Local Market Conditions
-Understanding of Varied Contractual Terms & Conditions
-Conceptual Estimating Competency
