My client is a municipal and civil engineering company. They provides services in the preparation of an integrated design and drawing package; including site plan, lot grading and septic system design. They are currently looking to fill the role of Senior Municipal Design Engineer.
Requirements:
BSc in Civil Engineering, and holds P.Eng status with Ontario Professional Engineers (PEO)
Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive consulting experience within the land development / sewage / wastewater / water industry in Ontario
Sound knowledge of on-site sewage system design for Ministry of Environment (MOE) Sewage Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECAs)
Relevant industry experience or consulting experience at a senior project management level
Experience in hydrogeology or groundwater services would be an asset
Demonstrated strong technical and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Extensive experience in conducting on-site inspections / investigations, writing technical reports, and contract administration.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize many assignments at one time in order to meet project deadlines.
