The role of Municipal Infrastructure Project Manager is one that reports to Senior Management and will develop to a more senior role with the company over time.
A summary of responsibilities will be as follows:
Participation as a key member of the Project Team during the design phase of projects to implement the infrastructure services for various Land Development and Municipal Engineering projects. Infrastucture services include road, grading, stormwater management, sanitary, wastewater, sewer etc.
Review and coordination of documents to be submitted to Approval Agencies as well as monitoring and managing the approval process including liaising with clients.
Project Engineering for Site Plan Development including design, review of design of site services and grading and preparation of stormwater management reports, coordination of traffic/parking and noise studies as required, submissions to Approval Agencies and related follow up and re-submissions to secure approvals and liaision with clients.
Participation in the project team during the planning phase for a wide variety of development applications including the preparation and review of technical studies such as functional servicing reports, master environmental servicing plans, hydraulic studies etc.
Participation in the project team for Class Environmental Assessment Studies for Transportation related projects including the preparation/review of Technical Studies and Preliminary Design.
Participation with Senior Management in the preparation of Fee Proposals to selected clients.
Participation with Senior Management in the monitoring of Project Costs and preparation of invoices.
