Our client, who has a global footprint, is looking for a process oriented and strategic manager to join their team. The successful candidate must come with some Supply Chain experience as well as having a solid Project Management mindset.


What you will be required to do:

- Lead and manage a variety of projects which will help with process efficiency, support operational aspects of Supply Chain & Operations and within sharing objectives and goal alignment
- Continuous improvement of the business relationship
- Define and achieve business goals and lead business reviews with the team
- Budget management
- Direct reports consist of 3 team managers
- Strategic development of the Marketing materials process (A-Z)
- Developing processes and strategies within the RFP and contracts team

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant business experience within Supply Chain
- Hands on Project Management experience
- Healthcare industry background required
- Strong people management experience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement change
- Strong partnering ability with different business functions
- Experience with Six Sigma and Process Excellence preferred
