Advantages

- Senior member of the maintenance team with Lead responsibilities


Responsibilities
- Repair all new and older machinery - nice mix of new and old machines available for you to work on
- Well-rounded individual with incredible communication skills
- Preventative and predictive maintenance
- Open to learning opportunities and development
- Health and safety - ensuring all machinery and equipment are safe
- Monitor other 2 maintenance team members (technician and cleaner) performance
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Offer recommendation for purchases of new production related equipment


Qualifications
- Must have 433a Millwright license
- Must have 3 years experience as a Licensed millwright
- You've worked on CNC, Break Presses, Powder Coat and break line machines is an asset
- You have a leadership personality
- Custom shop experience considered an asset
- You are health and safety minded
