We are currently looking for a Bilingual Junior Marketing and Event Coordinator to support our client, a leading telecommunications firm. In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, working a hybrid schedule in support of their Montreal office.

Responsibilities
•Event planning and project coordination in the first half of the day.
•Ticketing management in the second half of the day. Customer service will be tied to events that are happening in the early evening.
Qualifications
•2-3 years of experience in a sports marketing, agency or marketing environment
•Process oriented – able to work on long-length project planning to deliver results using policy and tools in place
•Strong Customer service skills
•Bilingual - English and French
