Are you a social butterfly with a background in sales in the energy sector? Do you have a reputation for acquiring new clients and driving new business?

We’re after an Account Manager in our engineering recruitment division on a full-time, permanent basis to report into the Sales Manager in Calgary. What will the boss expect of you if you jump into that hot seat?

-Increase the number as well as the quality of relationships with clients in the area by building and maintaining business relationships
-Work closely with the recruiters who are the best in the industry, to ensure that client needs are understood and met
-negotiating contracts and more

Besides the awesome earning potential, you’ll get the chance to progress within an authentic, supportive and growing organization with tons of opportunity to climb up that corporate ladder. To succeed in the role, you’ll have a strong sales background with experience in the energy sector and proven, out-of-this-world client relationship skills. You’ll also be used to acquiring new clients and driving new business. This experience in a recruitment agency setting would be ideal, but it’s not a must!
