Location: Downtown Montreal

Job Summary:

The Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Recruiters throughout the recruiting and hiring process. This position requires strong administrative skills along with outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the bilingual recruitment coordinator:

• Manage candidates files;
• Complete pre-employment verifications;
• Assist the recruiters.

Skills of the bilingual coordinator:

• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken);
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong administrative skills;
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and process driven;
• Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs;
• Strong customer focus and customer service skills, both external and internal;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work positively in a team environment;
• Ability to train existing and new team members;
• High attention to detail required.

Education and Experience required for the bilingual coordinator

• College education in HR completed or related experience;
• Recruitment coordination experience (staffing and/or customer service experience);
• Recruitment experience, a strong asset.
