Bilingual MSP Specialist & Report Analyst

The Bilingual Managed Service Provider (MSP) Specialist & Report Analyst is responsible for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy to meet/exceed delivery targets. This position (1) is responsible for servicing the talent needs of our customer, a prominent Financial Institution, by managing suppliers to ensure successful delivery of a contingent workforce, and (2) will require strong administrative skills, outstanding attention to detail as well as an ability to produce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
MSP
- Work with contracted suppliers to develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the availability of qualified flexible talent to meet current and anticipated needs of client;
- Maintain communication with established client(s) to ensure successful business development and to promote client and associate retention through exemplary customer service;
- Execute against the assigned service level metrics. Assume full responsibility for delivering a positive customer service experience to suppliers and clients end users;
- Use independent judgment to make decisions that benefit the interests of the client and the organization;
- Implement, monitor and comply with company programs and initiatives;
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all defined policies and procedures as required
by client.

Report Analyst
- Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting;
- Take an active role in data analysis and interpretation;
- Prepare business documents and presentations for upper management and executives;
- Use data-gathering and modeling strategies to provide an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting;
- Prepare the actual business reports;
- Run weekly reports to help with validation of information and audit;
- Update applicable databases and trackers to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
- Attend Team meetings with our Client Stakeholders.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/College certificate or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of related experience in staffing, recruiting, MSP account management, report analyst or customer service experience;
Experience in managing Statements of Work (SOW) is an asset

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must be fluent in French and English (written and spoken);
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Strong customer focus and customer service skills;
• Strong communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels);
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline;
• Proactive with the ability to mitigate risks/issue minimizing the impact to client deliverable;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and process driven;
• Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs;
• Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements;
• Detail orientated with follow-through and planning;
• Data management – reporting analysts should have extensive familiarity with data management principles and practices, including metadata management and data access technologies;
• Analysis – rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets
• Problem-solving – find solutions to an organization’s data management and reporting problems and to be able to adapt and modify solutions based on changing requirements.
