Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-month contract)
Location: Remote


We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter whose claim to fame is building relationships with clients and candidates! Responsibilities of the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Post jobs and pre screen candidates;
- Qualify candidates and submit them to managers;
- Elaborate a sourcing strategy to build a talent pipeline in order to anticipate the needs, and fill the orders;
- Work closely with their team to ensure they are providing the right candidates on time and to meet customer expectations;
- Contribute to the client and candidate experience.


Skills required of the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

- 5+ years recruiting experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience;
- Recruitment experience within various roles including, the production and manufacturing industry with secondary areas of experience in the Logistics, Transportation, IT and HR areas;
- Proven success to meet and/or over achieve targets;
- Expert use of recruiting concepts, practices and procedures for sourcing and screening in a recruiting and internal staffing environment;
- Ability to deliver service excellence and build strong relationships with clients;
- Ability to make decisions, and execute a plan;
- Market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise;
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels);
- Proven ability to work positively within a team environment;
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs;
- Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs and meet tight deadlines.
