We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Recruiter in Alberta whose claim to fame is building relationships with clients and candidates! We are looking for that Recruiter who excels at expanding their network and knows how to leverage its strength to find ideal candidates. If you have a proven track record of filling roles and excel at building relationships, we want to hear from you! It’s an exciting time at Randstad Sourceright as both our business and team are growing.

• Active involvement in all facets of recruitment for our clients campus program
• Develop sourcing plans to take a proactive approach in filling open positions
• Full lifcycle recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing and matching
• High level of professionalism
• Understand business/organizational challenges and provide innovative solutions that support the growth of Randstad Sourceright

Required Skills
• Proven success to meet and/or over achieve targets
• Expert use of recruiting concepts, practices and procedures for sourcing and screening in a recruiting and internal staffing environment
• Ability to deliver service excellence and build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
• Market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels)
• Proven ability to work positively within a team environment
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
• Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs and meet tight deadlines

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years recruiting experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience.
• Recruitment experience within various roles including; the production and manufacturing industry with secondary areas of experience in the Logistics, Transportation, IT and HR areas.
