If you do, I want to speak with you. I have an exciting opportunity that will allow you to partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues and support various recruitment strategies and hiring processes.

Indeed, as a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the recruiters, candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and hiring process. In this support role there is emphasis on executing and ensuring the quality of the new hire on-boarding process.

Responsibilities of the Talent acquisition Coordinator

• Provide administrative support and coordination to recruiters and candidates, including interview scheduling;
• Coordinate and facilitate all employee on-boarding activities, including: create offer letters in conjunction with Client Recruiter; Coordinate pre-employment background checks and other reference checks and/or pre- screenings, as required; Distribute, review and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and following up, when necessary; Schedule New Hire Orientation and coordinate attendance, when necessary;
• Triage complex inquiries from new hires, serving as the main point of contact;
• Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned such as preparing and distributing reports, as assigned;
• Be responsible for real-time and accurate entry and updates to candidate tracking systems including CRMs and ATSs as well as professional correspondence and communications, both verbal and written.


Requirements of the Talent acquisition Coordinator

• Minimum 2 years of administrative, human resources coordinator, customer service and/or recruiting coordinator experience;
• Knowledge of the various tools: Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, CRM, HRIS, Sharepoint, One Note, interview tools, etc;
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines;
• Customer service focus and ability to maintain courteous and professional working relationships;
• Able to prioritize and possess strong administrative skills;
• Previous experience performing complex onboarding duties in an HR environment;
• Demonstrated ability to process various detailed tasks, simultaneously and without error.
