VMS Specialist - Ville St-Laurent

Randstad's corporate finance team is searching for a VMS Specialist to work at their head office in Ville Saint-Laurent.

The VMS Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll (data entry) and billing, the weekly billing process and related reporting, operational audits, cash application, account reconciliations, collections, documenting and streamlining processes, and support of the overall responsibilities of the Manager.

What you will do as a VMS Specialist:

- Ensure timeliness, correctness and completeness of pay rolling, invoicing and cash application process for Randstad Staffing, Professionals, Technologies and Engineering.
- Investigate, reconcile, and solve any inquiries / discrepancies regarding candidate payments and client invoices.
- Design and produce various reports scheduled and ad hoc (mostly from JDE) that have been requested by internal staff and customers.
- Work with Sales and IT and other relevant parties to determine best practices for any new non-standard requests or existing complex tailor made solutions.
- Reconcile and resolve client invoicing issues, timely collection of past due amounts and contribute to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Coordinate various projects on system upgrades, year end, E-solutions.

What you have as a VMS Specialist:

- University Degree, in business administration, accounting or finance.
- Knowledge and experience with JDE/Oracle.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Great communication skills both in French and English.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
