We're working with a rapidly growing B2B shipping solutions company located in Mississauga that is looking for an experienced Account Manager. This in-office role will challenge you, but also allow you to develop your skills in a supportive environment with strong leadership. Ideally you would have experience with e-commerce and logistics - this is not a marketing role!

Responsibilities
What you'll do here:
Manage relationships with a portfolio of e-commerce clients, both virtually and in person
Respond to all client inquiries, concerns and issues in a timely manner, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges in a timely manner
Use your experience with logistics to guide your customers to help them optimize their operations
Be the subject matter expert to educate your clients on internal tools and platforms
Qualifications
What will make you successful here:
2+ years of experience with ecommerce and/or the logistics industry
3+ years of customer service experience
Be super tech savvy and up to date on the social media trends
Great communication skills, both oral and written
Customer-centric attitude, and a passion for going above and beyond
G license and access to reliable transportation is strongly preferred
