We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Administrator within the Milton area. This is a full-time permanent position that will involve AP, AR, matching invoices to sales orders as well as other accounting and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within invoicing, accounting and or order entry, is highly organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and has experience or exposure with QuickBooks as well as Excel and all of MS Office suite.

Permanent full-time opportunity in office
$20-22/hour based on experience
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in Milton
2 weeks of Vacation (1 week float, 1 week mandatory during the Christmas holiday break)

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an accounting or invoicing/order entry position
Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary education in accounting/bookkeeping and or office administration considered an asset
Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset
Previous experience with bank reconciliations, matching and reporting is considered a strong asset
Strong organizational with great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Goal and task-driven and can thrive in a fast-paced
