Our Client in the greater Montréal are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the dynamic team, a well-known medical group based in Montreal. 40-hour workweek with flexible hour
Responsibilities
Manage the complete accounting cycle for 8-9 clinics (AP, AR, taxes, etc.)
Monthly reconciliations and clinic payments
Handle multiple tasks and deadlines, including bank reconciliations, invoice entry, and TPS/TVQ filings
Collaborate with the Finance Director
Ensure all funds are properly recorded in the system and sales reports are accurate
Qualifications
1–3 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks/Sage Intact
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Bilingual, with a preference for French
