Responsibilities
In this Accounting Clerk role in Nanticoke, you will have the following benefits:
- Process high volumes of invoices daily, ensuring all details (quantities, prices, terms) are accurate.
- Perform extensive data entry into our accounting software with speed and precision.
- File and index invoices, receipts, and related financial documentation systematically for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Cross-check data for errors and discrepancies, and reconcile any differences.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoicing issues and obtain necessary approvals.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following for this Accounting Clerk role located in Nanticoke:
- A post-graduate diploma or degree in either business administration or accounting is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience processing and posting invoices.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required.
- Strong communication is required for this role.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks throughout the day.
