Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field of study
- 3 to 5 years prior work experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word) and has hands on experience in Sage50 or QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingualism would be considered an asset)
