The Accounts Payable and Administration (A/P Admin) Clerk plays a vital role within the finance department, encompassing various responsibilities related to accounts payable and administrative functions. This position demands precise data entry skills and a strong commitment to detail, ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of non-payroll accounts payable to individuals, suppliers, corporations, and other entities.
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It's important to note that this role requires the incumbent to work on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities
Enter Accounts Payable data and reconcile payments to purchase orders and pack lists.
Assist in entering purchase order details and review bills for potential errors.
Input daily time cards and provide time reports to management.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, including credit balances, refunds, and adjustments.
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial records and address payment problems with vendors.
Perform various administrative tasks, such as organizing shipments, coordinating travel, ordering supplies, and handling customer/vendor interactions.
Qualifications
Previous experience for at least 2 years in accounts payable.
Some understanding of accounts receivable as well.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills for customer and vendor interaction.
