Responsibilities
• Conducting a full cycle of accounts payable for designated projects
• Verifying invoices and matching them with purchase orders
• Processing payments through scheduled check runs
• Reconciling vendor statements against specific projects
• Resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Project Coordinators and Managers
• Collaborating during project closure
Qualifications
- Bilingualism
- Experience in a similar position
- Priority management, organized, interpersonal skills
- Experience in construction would be an asset
