Responsibilities
- Categorize accounts payable statements and invoices and verify against transactions.
- Sort accounts payable invoices and statements.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and process various types of accounts payable transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dooap, following internal process.
- Monitor vendors’ payment schedules to ensure timely payment of invoices. Although they won't be processing the payments, they need to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and reconcile statements to ensure payments are processed
- Communicate with vendors, as needed, for invoice/vendor issues and problem resolution, including invoice discrepancies, vendor disputes.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years working in Accounts Payable, invoicing and processing payments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organization and time management
