Responsibilities
Analyze accounts payable aging reports to prioritize payments and manage outstanding balances efficiently.
Oversee the integration and verification of invoices, ensuring accuracy and seamless processing.
Review and prioritize invoices for payment in alignment with due dates and company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of outstanding payables, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
Verify the accuracy of financial documents to support payments, audits, and tax filings.
Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely vendor payments and avoid delays.
Provide critical administrative support to help the organization meet its financial obligations effectively.
Qualifications
- 2+ years minimum of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
