Responsibilities
Record inventory items in the ERP system.
Calculate inventory costs related to merchandise landing.
Perform monthly reconciliations in the general ledger.
Periodically verify supplier sales tax registration numbers.
Issue weekly checks (in CAD and USD).
Process monthly payments for rents and corporate income tax installments.
Initiate and manage supplier payments.
Reconcile accounts payable at month-end.
Reconcile customs fees.
Prepare and submit credit requests to suppliers.
Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
AEC/DEC in Accounting or other equivalent certification
2-5 years of experience in similar role
Proficient in Office Suite
Bilingual
