Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Administrator role in downtown Toronto, you will hold the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary billing information.
- Address and resolve billing inquiries from customers professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accounts receivable records, including tracking and posting payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues related to accounts receivable.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this Accounts Receivable Administrator role in downtown Toronto, you will need the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of full cycle AR experience.
- Experience with a major accounting ERP like SAP or Oracle is an asset.
- Previous experience in a junior-level accounting or billing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
